Group X Fitness at The Boxing Club consists of dynamic round-the-clock classes in Boxing, Kickboxing, Pilates (including Gravity equipment), Indoor Cycling and Yoga.
The Boxing Club takes authentic boxing and kickboxing training regimens and put them into a format for people of all fitness levels where the focus is on getting in the best shape of your life and having more fun than you ever have while working out. Members have unlimited access to over 500 group classes per month at each location. We have classes all day long, starting at 6am and ending at 8:30 at night. This makes it convenient for people with all types of schedules to regularly workout at The Boxing Club. 
Our classes are designed to give you a total body workout. Each class starts with jump rope and shadow boxing to warm up. The instructor then takes the class through 5 minutes of stretching. This is followed by 30-40 minutes of boxing, kickboxing, and extreme fitness drills. We use ring timers on two and three minute intervals. This accomplishes a couple of things: (1) it serves as a measure of your progress, and (2) it serves to focus on the class being a succession of very intense workout drills. Each class is finished with strength training and rigorous abdominal exercises. The instructors are very interactive with the members. They perform a role of teacher, motivator, and friend. We refer to our classes as “Personalized Group Training.” In addition to our standard boxing and kickboxing classes, we offer muay thai kickboxing, jiu-jitsu, advanced boxing, sparring, yoga, and pilates.
