I would recommend The Boxing Club to anyone. The training you receive doesn’t just apply to your boxing skills but can also apply to any sport you play. I play women’s professional football and I am currently the 2007 U.S. National Women’s Sumo heavyweight and Open Champion. The skills I have learned at the boxing club have improved my balance, speed, hand-eye coordination, and definitely my endurance. In the time I have been there, I have seen my body take on a new slimmer shape. When I first joined the Boxing Club in 2001, I weighed 300 pounds. I moved away and rejoined in 2005 weighing in at 200 pounds, The Boxing Club has played a very important part of keeping that weight off.
