Kickboxing classes along with cardio and weight training can help you lose weight and get in great shape.
I'm writing this letter in appreciation for all the hard work and commitment of all those who work at The Boxing Club. One and one-half years ago, I realized I had gained a lot of weight and was very unhappy with myself. I had heard that boxing was great exercise, but had never really liked the "tae bo" type of classes which other gyms offered. I looked up boxing clubs on the web and found The Boxing Club. I went in after making an appointment, saw a class going and decided to join right then and there. With the support of the managers and trainers, I gained aptitude in boxing and kickboxing, eventually getting into the muay thai classes and sparring. I used the weights, I used the cardio machines, and I was determined to lose weight and get good at kickboxing specifically. After about a year, I lost 30 pounds and am still on the decline, although now I'm more concerned with staying fit than trying to lose weight. I have never been healthier, happier, and confident than I am now. I am so thankful for The Boxing Club. It gave me the confidence to pursue a relationship with a wonderful man in my life and now I'm engaged! I recommend this gym to anybody and everybody. The trainers and managers are the nicest people who truly enjoy their jobs and want everyone to succeed. You'll never go back to a 'normal' gym after trying The Boxing Club out. Thank you so much! I've made great friends who I know will always be in my life and my thoughts and prayers.
