The BOSU Ball is a dynamic training tool that works your body by offering an unstable surface, Both Opposite Sides Up (BOSU). Whether you are working flat or dome side up, you are challenging your stabilizing muscles near the joint and global muscles to create movement, and you WILL FEEL THE BURN! This 1/2 hour class is very fun and challenging! Using the BOSU, we will focus on deep abdominal connection, spinal flexibility and stability, hip strength and stability, coordination and balance.
