Daniel Favela is a personal trainer at the Boxing Club. Daniel started working out at the Boxing Club over three years ago. He was initially trained by one of the Boxing Club’s top trainers. In 2004, he decided to make personal training his full time career. Since then he has held management positions at the Boxing Club, and taught a variety of classes including boxing, power boxing and kick boxing, in addition to his personal one-on-one trainings. Daniel works with his clients to accomplish their goals, whether it’s to learn or improve boxing mechanics, increase stamina, lose weight, gain strength or tone muscles. As a “people person” personal training is the prefect profession for Daniel. Daniel treats each of his clients like he is training a family member or a good friend. He believes the foundation of a successful workout plan is based in solid personal relationships.
