Nez
Since age 3, Nez has competed in hip-hop, jazz, street tap, ballet, and salsa, and has also been involved in sports. At the age of 15, she began instructing dance teams at two high schools and eight elementary schools. At this time, she also began her involvement in MMA training Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu at Ken Shamrock’s Lion’s Den. Her focus shifted to dance when she was awarded a full dance scholarship to The Academy of Performing Arts. She went on to choreograph both the San Diego Sockers and San Diego Riptide Dance Teams. She branched out by working with Liquid Blue, a renown band which has performed Nez’z choreography in over 70 countries. Nez appeared on ESPN, FOX, BET and UPN, has been featured in various magazines, and performed in Super Bowls XXXIII and XXXVII. In 2004, Nez created and choreographed the very 1st dance performance for a Mixed Martial Arts event, which debuted in Total Combat. Nez currently owns and manages the only MMA Entertainment Team in the Industry.

Nez is studying Kinesiology (Fitness, Nutritional and Health) at SDSU. She is a personal trainer, a Varsity Cheer Coach at Otay Ranch High, and distributor of her own wellness products. She is currently accepting sponsors interested in going local, national, and international exposure by teaming up with her in her as she moves toward becoming an IFBB Professional.
