~PAM HARVEY~ Pam began her quest for Physical Development almost 3 years ago, upon discovery of The Boxing Club, where the trainers here helped her achieve her goals as she lost 35lbs and toned up those muscles! She has made the transition from a dedicated (and slightly obsessed!) member, to a part of The Boxing Club-P.B.’s team of trainers. Her love of “Abs Workouts,” has lead to the study and development of a ‘tough but fun’ class that will help ‘you reach your’ goals! Never think it’s too late or too hard to accomplish what your heart desires. Do it for ‘yourself’ and let others enjoy the benefits! Pam’s motto is: “BE TRUE TO YOURSELF, LOVE WHAT YOU DO AND ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE!”
