Shannon
Born in Chula Vista, California on December 30, 1981. Shannon began freestyle wrestling at the age of 13. In his senior year of high school he was the CIF Champion and then became the California State Champion in wrestling at 140 pounds.
Shannon started training jiu-jitsu at the age of 18. He had his first MMA fight in 2000, which he won. Shannon began his Muay Thai training in 2001. He is currently training jiu-jitsu under Dean Lister and is part of Lister Fight Team. He is continuing also to develop his stand up fighting in Muay Thai under Melchor Menor. His goal is to one day fight in UFC and/or PRIDE.
