Intro to BJJ

In the beginner Jiu Jitsu classes you will learn all of the basic fundamentals of the art of Jiu Jitsu. Starting with the different warm-up drills that are designed to build your endurance, flexibility, and strength. Your professor will then teach you basic holds, passes, and guards. This classes will also get you comfortable working with a partner.
