If boxing is on your mind, we’ve got you covered. We have trainers that specialize in boxing and can help you focus on cardio & technique. .
We’ll be there along the way to help cheer you on and see where things are going well and where they are not. It will be up to you and your trainer to decide the best way to determine your actual progress.
We offer 30-minute and 60-minute training sessions.
