Our spin classes are designed to take your endurance and conditioning to the next level. Spinning helps you build cardiovascular endurance all while burning a ton of calories. We make this low impact cardio fun with high energy music and encouraging instructors. As if it isn't challenging enough, we also implement boxing techniques to engage the whole body. This 60 minute class will fly by. Just keep pedaling!
