An active lifestyle kind of guy in every sense. You can find him on the ski slopes in the winter or on the trails in the spring. Being active and healthy is what turned his interest towards studying Kinesiology in College, and what led him to his own training style.
Brian has been a progressive fitness trainer and fitness manager for most of his career. In the fall of 2007, Brian came to The Boxing Club and became recognized not only for his evolving and effective workouts, but also for his comprehensive knowledge of the human body.
This allows him to cater to each person's needs in order to reach their fitness and health goals. Brian's clients reach the full range of fitness goals, from weight loss & strength training to Muay Thai, boxing & kickboxing training for serious fighters.
