After enduring numerous dance/car accident injuries (low back herniations, sprained neck, torn S.I. joint, dislocated shoulders, multiple sprained ankles/feet, etc), Desiree didn't think she would be able to dance again. Practicing Pilates became a tool for healing, re-strengthening, and conditioning. She was able to continue dancing and loves to be walking proof that Pilates works! She focuses on precision, efficiency, and balance in her classes. Desiree is also an avid cross-trainer and loves to find multiple ways to strengthen the body and mind.
