Drew was an active sports player his entire life and his yoga journey began as a way for injury prevention and recovery in high school for football. After delving deeper into the spiritual side of yoga, Drew decided to teach as a way to effectively encourage people to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Drew’s classes are centered around the combination of body and mental awareness.
 
He really likes to focus on body movements that may need improvement and coordinating that with mind improvements as well. Drew’s biggest goal is to impact others mentally, physically, and spiritually. In his free  time you can catch him in the water teaching stand-up paddle boarding!
