Katie was born and raised in Southern California. She participated in many different sports at a young age which led her to find a love for fitness. She found Pilates soon after high school when she was looking for something to improve her posture and core strength. After trying her first Pilates class she wanted to learn more about the benefits of this type of training, which led her to become certified in STOTT Pilates. She trained with internationally known Master Instructor Trainer, John Garey in Long Beach.
She focuses on strength training, injury prevention and rehabilitation for athletes. Her classes are also great for cross training because of the mix of conditioning, flexibility, coordination, and strength.
