Kerri’s introduction to fitness began as a kid and she decided from a young age that she was going to be a lifelong athlete – gymnastics, field hockey, and running. When Kerri felt as though her work in non-profit consulting was no longer serving her, she realized that fitness is where she would be able to make the most impact. Kerri’s training style is adaptable to all bodies and personalities. She never wants to pigeon hole anyone’s training and always brings an individualized approach, even in a group setting. Kerri will keep you pushing for your goals and work with what works best for you!
