From 2009-2015 she worked in the bar and nightclub industry here in San Diego and in Las Vegas for some of the most popular nightclubs and day clubs, but it wasn’t fulfilling. During her time in Vegas she trained with IFBB Pro, Stacey Alexander, and competed twice in NPC bikini. She was able to place 1st overall at the 2011 Iron Games and qualified for nationals. She fell in love with Pilates around 2011 and in 2014 left the nightlife industry to focus on Pilates and make it her career. Sheri says, “It was the best decision ever!”

Her Pilates style is classical work with a contemporary approach. It varies dependent on the client’s needs and goals.
