Will Owens

Will has always been extremely active and after leaving the Marine Corps, he realized how much of an impact physical fitness had on his self-efficacy, resilience, and enjoyment for life. Owens' extensive knowledge of strength training, endurance training and performance breathing takes him to another level.  His personality may be easy going but his training is all high intensity. In 2018, he ran from San Diego to Virginia Beach in 64 days. When Will isn't learning new ways of getting better, he is probably learning a new language.
