Growing up in Hungary she always excelled in sports. She played volleyball, basketball and was on the track team in school. In 1997 she got recruited for a professional sprint Kayaking team in Budapest to train for the Olympic games. In 2003 she places third in Hungary for the 2000m k1 sprint kayak trials. A few years later her and her family moved to the United States and it was shortly after moving to San Diego that she discovered yoga sculpt. She has now completed 600 hours of Yoga Alliance teacher training, and accumulated over 1000 hours of teaching experience. She is certified to teach multiple styles of yoga, kettlebell and hiit classes. She gets the most joy out of teaching Vinyasa and Yoga Sculpt. She love to build high intensity sequences, fun and energizing playlists.
Her goal is to have students leave my class not only challenged physically, but feeling elevated and inspired spiritually and mentally as well. Her goal is to inspire, help individuals to reach and understand their specific fitness and health goals by providing them with tools to be successful at their active and healthy lifestyle.
