Growing up in Hungary she always excelled in sports. She played volleyball, basketball, and was on the track team in school. In 1997 she got recruited for a professional sprint Kayaking team in Budapest to train for the Olympic games. In 2003 she placed third in Hungary for the 2000m K1 sprint kayak trials. A few years later her family moved to the United States, shortly after moving to San Diego she discovered yoga sculpt. She has now completed 600 hours of Yoga Alliance teacher training, and accumulated over 1000 hours of teaching experience. She is certified to teach multiple styles of yoga, kettlebells, and HIIT classes.
Her goal is to have students leave my class not only challenged physically, but feeling elevated and inspired spiritually and mentally as well.
